- Log into or create a Twitter Account.  
- Click on the "Follow" button, this will send us a request

STEP 2-

Include the following information (sample format):

Twitter Account ID: @sampleID
Email Address: sample@sample.com
Cell Phone Number for SMS Alerts: 408-555-1234

STEP 3-
You will need to confirm on your cellphone that you want to receive alerts from BioRunUp via SMS. Instructions will be sent to your phone.

Thats it- you are set! We will activate your account within one business day and send you a message.
