Lannett (AMEX:LCI) announced details on the public offering of its common stock this morning, which was priced at $5 per share and included 2.5 million (M) shares sold by the Company (approx. 10% dilution to 25.3M shares outstanding) and 2.5M shares sold by an existing shareholder.
